Ayhan M. Menekshe, the firm’s lead trial lawyer, left a large and prestigious insurance defense firm in 2006 to go into private practice. He founded the Menekshe Law Firm with the belief that each and every client has the right to proactive and aggressive representation and knowledgeable and informed counsel. We stay true to this mission in our everyday practice.

Catherine M. Adams is a litigation attorney who focuses her practice in business and real property law, including construction defects, landlord-tenant issues, business litigation and premises liability defense. Ms. Adams has handled cases all the way through to trial and the appellate court, winning clients favorable judgments in even the toughest litigation settings.

Michael Zárate has represented developers, homebuilders, general contractors and subcontractors in all areas of litigation. He is an accomplished lawyer who gives back to the communities in which he lives and works through charitable giving and public service.

Steve Ferla has been a practicing civil litigator in Northern California for the last six years. He is well experienced in personal injury, construction defect, premises liability, contracts, evictions, easement disputes, inverse condemnation, labor code violations, and employment law cases. This has been from both the plaintiff and the defense sides. He has strong experience in motion practice, having initiated and opposed significant law and motion filings.
