ARTHUR A. TAPIA

Arthur A. Tapia received his Bachelor of Science degree in political science from the University of Santa Clara and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of California as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.

Before joining The Menekshe Law Firm, Mr. Tapia was associated with one of the premier personal injury firms in the Bay Area where he specialized in litigating a broad spectrum of civil matters including motor vehicle, premises liability, toxic tort and product liability cases. He has been involved in litigating numerous cases throughout California and has participated as co-counsel in several multi-million dollar cases. His experience on both sides of the bar gives him the balanced perspective to counsel clients of the relative strengths and weaknesses of their case. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Mr. Tapia is a member of the State Bar of California, American Bar Association, Santa Clara County Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America and Consumer Attorneys of California. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Mexican American Community Services Agency and was a past commissioner on the Santa Clara County Commission on Consumer Affairs. He has been recognized in Oxford’s Who’s Who in American Law and Who’s Who in the West.
