andrew A.Timur Bilir is a civil litigation and transactional attorney with a background in architecture and construction.  Mr. Bilir’s practice areas include construction law, real estate transactions, business disputes, and advising business clients on various matters.  Mr. Bilir also has experience mediating a range of disputes.

Mr. Bilir successfully represents and defends architects, developers, general contractors and subcontractors in complex construction defect litigation and contract disputes.  In addition, he represents and advises business clients in transactions and mediation.  Mr. Bilir’s transactional experience includes contract drafting and review, business formation documents and consulting, employment agreements, non-disclosure agreements, privacy statements, software terms of service agreements, lease and real estate document preparation and review, intellectual property consulting, and construction contracts.

Mr. Bilir has extensive pro bono experience. He has volunteered with Bay Area Legal Aid representing victims of domestic violence at court hearings and trials and with the Pro Bono Project defending wrongful evictions and tenant abuse through negotiated settlements and legal advice for court hearings.
