Matthew Wendt represents clients in a variety of civil litigation matters including construction law and defect litigation, real estate litigation and transactions, personal injury, automobile liability, products liability, premises liability, civil rights actions, business litigation and employment law.  He previously represented clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to individual entrepreneurs.  He has successfully tried, arbitrated, and resolved hundreds of cases.

Matt earned his Juris Doctorate from the Santa Clara University School of Law.  While in law school, he externed for the Honorable Katherine Lucero at the Santa Clara County Superior Court.  He obtained his B.A. from the University of California, San Diego.

Matt volunteers in his community.  He serves on the Board of Directors for the Morgan Hill Community Foundation.  He is a member of the Sovereign Military Hospitaller Order of St. John of Jerusalem, of Rhodes and of Malta, known as the Order of Malta or the Knights of St. John, which serves the poor and the sick.  He lives in Morgan Hill with his wife Marilyn and their children.
